The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) is a formal institutional mechanism established to address and resolve grievances of students and staff in a fair, transparent, and time-bound manner. The Cell provides a safe, confidential, and impartial platform for raising concerns related to academic, administrative, infrastructural, and other institutional matters. It is committed to ensuring administrative accountability, promoting equitable treatment, and fostering a respectful and harmonious campus environment in accordance with applicable statutory regulations.

Objectives

The Grievance Redressal Cell aims to provide an effective, accessible, and impartial mechanism for addressing the concerns of students and staff. Its key objectives are to:

Ensure a fair, transparent, and consistent process for the redressal of grievances.

Provide a safe and confidential platform for students and staff to express their concerns without fear of discrimination or victimization.

Resolve genuine grievances promptly, objectively, and within a reasonable timeframe.

Prevent unfair, non-transparent, and exploitative practices within the institution.

Encourage the reporting of grievances related to academics, examinations, administration, infrastructure, and other institutional services.

Promote mutual respect, trust, and harmonious relationships among students, faculty, and administrative staff.

Safeguard the rights, dignity, and well-being of all stakeholders through an impartial grievance resolution process.
